What is the easiest/simplest/least expensive method of going from 2.00 to 2.100 installed height?

We just got finished measuring the springs on my heads and for the replacement springs I'll need, I'm gonna have to bump up to the 2.100..

Currently there is a .060 shim on the intake and .030 shim on the exhaust..

Maybe +.050 keepers and + .050 retainers, if there available

That or .100 longer valves with the keeper grooves moved up .100

Or get a different set of valve springs that will fit into your existing parts with the pressures you want

Different retainers is your best option, unless you can find a spring that will work at 2.00. If you can sell your springs and get the other ones.

Or have the pockets cut .050 deeper IF you have the
material in the pocket and +.050 locks

If you have standard height retainers, then finding a +0.100" retainer could be the easiest method, but if your using Ti retainers it could also be the most expensive. One issue with raising the retainer, is retainer to rocker arm clearance.
You could cut the valve spring seat deeper, but you need to make sure the seat is fairly thick first. Cutting the spring seats is fairly easy if the heads are disasembled, but it does take some setup time, and the heads will need to be cleaned up from all the aluminum shavings.
As mentioned, adding +0.050" valve locks is not too much extra cost, and the valve seat would not need to be cut as deep.
If you can find a spring that works at the 2.00" install height, that may be the simplest and easiest route?

I really like getting the hands on experience with this motor build and I'm learning a lot as we go, but there are several areas that are completely foreign to me and installed valve spring heights is one of them..

Since I posted the question earlier, I believe I have found a set of springs that will work with these B1 heads.. and will not need any modifications to the installed height.. So thanks for the lesson.. you guys are great!!
