Raceweight VFN hood, anyone have pics available of bracket install for front of hood? Not many options on mounting near front edge of hood. About 14" from radiator support to leading edge.

Not a Challenger, but maybe this helps.

I made a bracket that comes off the rad support and goes to the front edge of the hood. Not at home and don't have any pics. I have two on the edges of the fenders and then two of those on the brackets in the center of the hood.

"Not a Challenger, but maybe this helps"
My 68 Barracuda was done like that, my problem is with the Challenger, the leading edge of a rather flimsy raceweight hood, is about 14" in front of the radiator support, I would like to anchor it near the front edge. My 63 Fury would roll up in front at high speed, until I reinforced it. Don't want to add weight to this one if I can avoid it. Thanks for all replies. Brad, any chance of pics of your front brackets at a later date?

I believe that is Chromoly. You want to be careful with the angle you put your dzus fasteners on the front. If you put too much downward angle you will crack your paint when you tighten the fasteners. Ask me how I know
Oh and powder coat yours so it dont end up looking like mine
