Quote:Will not know flow #s until heads are finished. Ordering valves next week as well as springs etc. I know they flow over 400 cfms but no exact #'s yet. No pics of the ports until all is completed. You never know who is watching! Lol
WOW those are VERY nice,
Marty. What do they flow? You should fly!! Hope to see it in person
Quote:It would be called Mopar P5 valve arrangement. Lol. Very similar to the Hemi99. I think these heads were designed first but not certain. Al might know.
Hemi headsAre they porcupine..canted(chevy) style?
What would that valve arraignment be called.

Quote:I believe they are actually built by VED for RWR. I could be wrong but mine came from VED. They show a billet SBF on their website and no P5's.

Quote:Dave you would need to take that up with Ma Mopar. I know what you are saying. The Hemi99 is in the same boat. I guess since they had two separate R4 blocks which accepted different P5 heads, they figured it easier to call one a wedge head. The other a hemi head. Atleast the sparkplug boots go through the valve covers. The Gen 3Hemi is not a hemi either. Just saying.
Beautiful heads, but the term HEMI shouldn't be attached to them. People need to review the definition of the HEMI term, because if we can call that head a HEMI head, then just about any head ever made can be called a HEMI head. Just my![]()
Quote:Will be somewhere in the neighborhood of 400". Will be getting an 88 mm turbo for X275 and a 98 mm turbo for local stuff. Innercooled on Q16 and BS3 ENGINE management. Here's the donor body which is at B and B Racecars in Tennessee getting upgraded to Dragpak/X275 specifications.

Quote:This engine and car build really has one purpose! To show the haters that a Mopar can run with any of them. If I wanted a streeters I would have bought an SRT and put on a Procharger. Not trying to be a smart a$$. This is extremely expensive and takes alot of dedication. Our goal is to head to Georgia in the fall and stun the haters.
Doesnt look like much in the way of cooling ability which is normal for billet pieces from what Ive seen so far...I guessing streetability is a no-go?
