everything is nice. we need to put the block in the cnc and get it ready to make all the cap parting lines the same hight to the pan rail. then make the panrail to the spec they want it at away from the parting line.
i am thinking .010 to .015 is about all we need to skim off the oil pan rail.
the caps are heavy.

i was supprized that the cap parting line is not the exact middle of the bearing circle LOL.
the caps them self after deburing are real close to exactly the same. we had fine paper on a flat surface and just touched the bottoms and then they all were all but exact accross the whole top of cap.
getting them all the same hight at the parting line is not a needed step according to the instructiona but it makes you mesure from the flat accross to the middle bottom of bearing and you see they are about .004 between all of them. so we may as well do this step.
the plate hight is suspose to be with in .002 and one of the caps is .004 higher the ones on the ends.
