Willie B is a rock radio host here in Colorado( 106.7 kbpi). He is into all the Mopars and was on the tv show "pinks all out". Seen this engine perform multiple times at the track. Last time I seen him he ran 8.6-8.9 1/4 mile. That thing is nasty when he lets 'er rip.

Are the drive belts normally run that loose on these setups? That thing looked like it was ready to fling off at any second.

yep, they have 8 and 12 rid serpentine belt setups along with a cog option, the 12 rib serpentine with hold about 1000hp

I bet the one in the video is running a cog setup. They're loose on the non-driven side of the belt and only run minimal tension on the driven side. Easier on the front main bearing.
Those running 8-10-12 rib serp belts are tight on both sides.

cool, but I've done a S/C's BB, and while not nearly that stout, if my belt danced around that much I would have shut the car off and tightened it.
