That's a great event, and those guys are awesome!

I wish HotRod would do (or organize) regional drag weeks. Hey Northwest guys, How about Spokane to Pacific to Bremerton to Woodburn?....

NA motor with a purpleshaft cam and 727.

nope, unless you had a P.S. Hemi or something, but then it wouldn't be very street friendly. Boost is they only way to have your cake and eat it too.

And just wait till he gets it dialed in.

Re: This IMPRESSES me ... - 12/21/11 02:19 PM

He runs drag week with no trailer full of parts unlike alot of the other cars in the event. Its a nice car to look at in person also. Everything about it says fast but nothing about it says that it is THAT fast!

That car is Awesume, But it really isnt 3600# is it. It cant be IMO and run those numbers. That car is small, if it weighs that much , it would have to be ballast weight.

All that turbo stuff gets heavy quick. Also it has a full interior, it really is a nice street car.

Turbo's alone are 50# each. Add intake piping, intercooler, extra exhaust piping to support turbo plumbing.

N-I-C-E The chassis is REALLY workin' those slicks!! Big-inch Rat with twin "hairdryers", pretty impressive. Lenco bit of good ol' school. Could give a B+C HEMI a bit of trouble.

One of the best chassis builder and one of the best engine builder get together to make the fastest street car in the world, Had to be an american V8 and not those japanese blenders with turbos. It would of been nice if it was a Mopar.
