Yes... 
Centerline makes the centers for Billet Specialties.
I was just at their facility last summer.. (I worked for Centerline in the 70's)
They make a great product, at a smaller price.
Anyway, mine are 15 x 4 w/ 1.75 backspace and 15 x 14 w/7" backspace..
Stock front K-member with tubular upper a-arms..
