2019 Cherokee information center issue

My wife's 2019 Cherokee has an intermittent issue with the information center. Nearly every time you drive it, but randomly, the info center shuts down, and at some point reboots. Most of the time it's pretty quick but some times it just sits dead. When it shuts down we lose the nav. and it reverts back to defaults and has to be reset. We lose access to anything and everything until it is up and running again. Any insights or thoughts are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Information center is in cluster. Nav is in radio. So just to be clear when you lose the cluster the nav in the radio does too? My first thought on anything Cherokee is make dang sure the battery is GOOD! wonder if there are any bus dtc’s. We have 3 19 Trailhawks in the family. Cool lil rides and quite capable.

I'll have to look into that. My wife said it had started hard the other day but was thinking it was her fob. (maybe the battery in it) This has been going on a while, you'd think the battery would go pretty quick once it started. I'll chase that rabbit. Thanks

My battery laid down and I had such high hopes that it was my problem, but today it went through it's thing, just like before. So, I'm still looking for an answer.
