I do. 2009 Ram 1500 crew cab towing open trailer and race car - 4100 lbs or so. Use them to fine tune truck ride height. I usually pump them to 30 lbs when towing. Unloaded I keep them at 10-12 pounds and it makes a noticeable difference in ride quality - for the better.
Me too ! I have them on my 08 H.Q.C. they work great when I tow my race trailer. I have a 2 inch leveling kit in the front and the air bags allow me to keep the truck level when not towing. I actually just installed new ones late last year as the ones I had were from my 02 Durango that I adapted to fit but they started to leak so I replaced them.
I have had air bags on two different trucks, and am about to install a set on my Ram 1500 Van. Do it they are worth every penny, especially if you tow or haul much weight.
Thaxs ….fellas how is the ride quality unloaded? I tow now on long hauls with weight bars, and it tows fine but they're a pain to install and you can't backup on a 90 degree with them.
Had Firestone air springs on my 04 3500 single wheel 4x4 and they were great! My 2015 2500 rides so rough unloaded with the coil springs compared to the 04 it is night and day...

i don't put air in them unless i'm carrying some weight and usually let the air out right after emptying the truck. Rides like a brick empty with the springs pumped up
The elec Firestone air bag kit I put on my 71 Power Wagon years ago is very similar and helped me tow heavy cars over 600 miles so much better as It kept the rear end level and handling was so much better than without it. Electric button 6 guage inside the cab makes it easy. Think it was around $300 years ago. The guage and button are next to the oil guage & easy to read and operate.
