2000 Van oil pan removal

Gotta 2000 Ram van 1500 w 5.2L in for a trans rebuild....The rear main seal appears to be leaking....What's involved in getting the oil pan out....just jacking the engine up, w fan shroud outta the way? What kinda time is involved ?
