1980 W-Gas Tank Float

Are there any good sources to get a float for my truck? The pickup tube is rusted off about half way and it leaks gas on the plate where the 5/16 hose connects.

Gas tank sending unit is what you should look for.

yep, just having trouble finding it & will prolly just make one w/3/8 pickup

That would be awesome, I.ve searched but don't seem to be much for a 1980

Update:I was able to get a look at the major leak which was a round hole about a 1/4" in diameter so I mixed up some JB weld and let it set foe 24 hours,Im thinking it was caused when the float ripped out and fell to the bottom of the tank
