What shocks are you guys and gals using on lowered 73-up D-100 trucks? Rears seem too long?

only thing you can do is measure the distance you need when you raise the truck off the ground and make sure they are short enough for movement on the ground. This way you can pick which shock to use

too short is as bad as too long.

The other issue is that when you lower your truck, the rear shock mounting angle increases to a point where it can render the shock useless (depending how much you lower the truck). The top or bottom shock mount (or both) should be loved to reduce the shock angle. Anything beyond 30 degrees from vertical is too much.
