06 Ram drivers door popping noise when closing

My drivers door makes a popping noise when closing (not every time). It sounds like the upper hinge but I cannot see any issues with it. Usually you can see movement from wear but seems to work smoothly. I noticed that the pillar post that the hinge is bolted to seems to have movement when opening and closing. Anyone have the same issue?

Have you lubed the hinges since this began?

I sprayed them with WD40 and put some lube on them. No difference.
