Radiator plastic drain petcock help! - UPDATE

I'm pretty sure I ham fisted the plastic drain petcock on the radiator in my 04 2500 CTD. I had to replace the water pump, and had no idea that you pull out on it and do a 1/4 twist. I just turned it until coolant ran out. Hopefully, one of y'all can tell me how to get it out without destroying the radiator. Some Russian dude on youtube showed one that he got out, and the part number of the one he got from NAPA...but offered no advice other than he beat the #@!&? out of it to get it out. Any help is appreciated!

The plastic drain plugs on them plastic tanks are sometimes tricky and never the same kind from vehicle to vehicle.

Issue resolved! I slept the frustration off last night, and went back out today and had it out in just a minute or two. I spun it to the most loose position, and tugged on it with pliers while prying with a small flat screwdriver. It wasn't even broken, it had just spun in the seat it sets in. I cleaned it and put it back in the correct position, and added a little distilled water to test. It worked fine and didn't leak, now that I know how it works. I didn't even need to buy a new one. These don't work like the petcocks in our old cars, where you twist them until they are wide open. It's only a 1/4 turn CC deal. Drains slow, but that's just how it does.

JD mine was slow to drain too. After I blew some air into it, some crud dislodged and it drained very well.

I had the opposite happen to me. I turned it to open and it came out all the way and made a mess.
