When I worked at the Chevy dealership we added pinstriping to many vehicles, and it was all stuff we grabbed from the accessory department. From memory most vehicles came bare as far as pinstripes.
I would start at the dealership, or an autobody paint store.

Made my own with 3/16" and a 1/16". Got online. Looks pretty close to original.

Google pinstripe tape, lots of stuff comes up.
Unless your truck is a factory two tone paint, more than likely the stripes were dealer added.
