Looked at a mint 99 ram quad cab with 13k mi. Considering selling my 97 Cummins powered truck and purchasing the 99. any input appreciated as far as longevity, performance etc. I know the mileage is dismal but I have only put 40k on my truck in 14 yrs. so I'm not too concerned.

The dismal gas mileage is what most people hate about the V-10 trucks.

I used mine to pull my 28 foot enclosed trailer from just west of St.Louis MO to Buffalo NY, then to the Mopar Nats in Columbus OH, then back home to just west of St.Louis in August.

It didn't miss a beat and ran great, but got 8 mpg the whole way.
