We have only been working on this junker for something like 8 years and the driver was still sitting on a milk crate in the video. I'm thinking we might have over cammed the engine but the 4.88's will help with that.

Thoughts?

That's the fellow that owns the neighboring ranch. He is 80ish and always up for a burn out, trail ride, or backhoe/bulldozer/etc. project. Couldn't ask for a better friend and neighbor.

I'm a big sweptline fan. We have four of them now. Make that 4.5, forgot the parts truck lol. It's too bad they have so many revisions to the 61-71's though, it makes them tough for people to restore. I always figured that was the reason for not seeing too many back in WI. They are everywhere out here. I see at least two or three a week in my travels.

I'm really looking forward to the first time I pull up next to a Mustang or something. My friend with the SRT8/6-speed Challenger declined to run me (in mexico, on private property) in it on the grounds of it having a milk crate instead of a seat! I'm thinking he is scared.
