2006 3500 td ac

Just changed out the ac compressor and drier, now when on the gas pedal it sounds like a rescue squad siren. Can't hear to good but I was looking around to see where the squad truck was so I could pull over if I had to. I did have to remove one end of the pipe from the turbo to the inter cooler, I checked to make sure the clamps where tight again. Not a squeal but whistle-siren noise. Just revving the engine, no sound. Any ideas?

I think I would be checking the turbo inter cooler tube more closely. It wouldn't take much of a leak there to create a whistle/siren noise. Maybe when you disconnected the one end, you upset the seal on the other end. Gene
