Have a 1978 Dodge Ramcharger 4x4 440 A/C ,Auto. looking to buy a new radiator. One shop here thru me $600 for a re-core. I'm like are you kidding me?? Another guy says he found me a direct fit for $220. I'm cool with that. Where I can just buy and ship myself?? thanks

I just bought a radiator for a 77 van over the counter for $189.00.
The radiator shop also thought my old unit was made of gold.
The new one is plastic and aluminum, but so are modern car and truck radiators. It fit perfect.

I got mine recored last year because I couldn't' find a replacement that wasn't plastic.

Rock Auto shows them.We bought new for the kids 80 at Advanced auto a few years ago.Replaced the one in the other Ram that was a 84 same thing Advanced.Both were brass.Rocky
