I think a lot of the kits most people are selling are coming out of Newark auto.
http://www.newark-auto.com/ I've had pretty good luck with the kits I've used from them.
Although it's not for everyone, when I did my 76 True Spirit I went with the molded rubber floor mat instead of carpet......it a lot easier to keep clean if you're walking thru dust and dirt a lot. Although it's kind of hard to tell in the picture it fit really well.
The down side of using the rubber mat was that it's like the OE mat and doesn't go all the way to the back of the cab. They were cheap enough at the time (8 years ago) that I just ordered a second one and trimmed it to fit the back half of the floor.
I'm just finishing up an 87 Ram 50 (Mitsubishi) pickup right now that I did a V8/5 Speed swap on. I had to do a custom floor mat due to enlarging the transmission tunnel. I bought a roll of bulk floor mat from Newark (which has really gone up in price). I laid down some dynamat insulation and spent the afternoon doing the cut, stretch and glue thing but even that came out pretty well.
I don't think it came out too bad.
