10 Ram 1500 air door motors

My 10 ram the heat only blows out the lower floor vent. I took it apart and the lower motor is stripped out the hvac recall is done dorman shows 2 motors 1 defrost and 1 mode temp recalculation which one is this I may just drop into the dealer and pick one up Last question is that the only motor that goes bad this is manual hvac thanks mike

Motors do go bad but also ck the doors and any related arms or pivot wheels. Also ck while it's out the recir door they break alot.(behind the glove box) I do see that Dodge list 2 different #'s so ck with the dealer with your vin#

Thanks I checked the door and it moves smooth took the motor apart and the gears are stripped out guess I will try a new motor
