74 crew cab seat belt removal. *Please help

I am trying to remove the retracters from the cab. They have plastic covers on them and I see no way to remove the covers to gain access to the bolts for removal.I have seen sometimes they use a small rivet. Anybody know how to get the covers off?

Thanks Dodgedon I was at the u-pull and my light went, so I could not see down in there. But now I can get the job done. Plus it was starting a nice cold rain.
