Magnum intake plenum leak issue

Hey guys, i went and replaced the stock intake plenum with the hughes one, i have the same issue with the plenum gasket blowing out, i followed the instructions that came with the new plenum cover. Any suggestions on how to keep from blowing the gasket out?. 98 ram 5.9 Thanks

i bought a aluminum one for my 3.9 magnum and had it welded on the intake solid

I light coat of "right stuff" on either side of the paper gasket and it can't blow anymore, you will destroy the cover trying to remove it after that so do any porting or plenum filling first. It is not quite as permanent as welding but close.
