Thinking about putting a vararam hemi under glass cold air system on my ram truck. Anyone in California running this setup? any problem with getting truck to pass smog check?

I think they may be a bit optimistic in their horsepower increase ratings. rolleyes

Follow the factory ducting and see where it goes: goes inside the fender right? The air is likely quite cold in there. Factory has already found an ideal spot for you, so save your money.

I recently bought a cheap Ebay CAI for my 14 Ram. I bought it for the extra sound. No way would I pay $400 for a CAI. My truck was boring to drive it was so quiet. Now it's quiet during normal driving but sounds mean when I open it up.

I put a cheap Ebay intake on my Durango and Stratus R/T as well. I love the sound they provide but don't expect much if any HP increase.

Only thing that could be improved on the factory air box is it has a tiny opening
