Outer door handle on a 93 Dakota

I am trying to replace the door handles on my Dakota and got this far. See pic. Do I need a special tool or how do you remove this to replace the handle?

remove the three rods that attach to it, with the little plastic clips. (pop the clip off the rod, then rotate out of the way, and the rod will pull out of the clip) there's a screw (or two, one on each end) that holds the bottom on, with a clip. iirc, it's a torx bit. once removed, lift the handle assembly up, then pull it away from the door. the top goes in first when reinstalling, then push it down and reinstall the clip and screw, and hook the rods up. should take you less than 5 minutes to do.
