Popped code P0054 on OBD 2

Popped code P0054 on OBD 2 - 03/13/15 09:52 PM

(HO2S) bank 1 sensor 2 heater resistance, code on OBD 2. Is this the relay or heater elements malfunctioning? Any help would be appreciated!

My Durango thru a P0056 two months ago and it ended up being an O2 sensor. I changed it with an after market one and still thru the same code. I had to buy an O2 sensor from the dealership. No codes yet and it's been 2 months now. Some sensor has to be Mopar ones.
