Front end clunking 03 liberty - 11/29/14 11:55 PM

"03 liberty 114,000 miles bought from dealer w/79,000 miles, noise in front was there but not so pronounced. Checked ball joints lowers were tight, uppers shot, replaced upper control arms w/ball joints, just replaced sway bar links. Noise still clunking, in fact sounds like it's a bouncing clunk. Struts attached to a fork bolted to lower control arm thru a huge bushing. Anyone have this problem might steer me in right direction. Bushing worn & cross bolt sloppy? Strut assembly shot? Don't know when strut was or ever changed. I know the upper control arm (wishbone) on rear end ball joint there is bad but noise up front is low. Any suggestions where to start or how to diagnose greatly appreciated. Thanks. Dave. Ss/ea. #1355.
