Check the switch.I know they had problems with some.Thats as long as the fuses or relays for the lows are good.Rocky

There is an integreated power module that goes out. Have a friend that had the same problem on a 05 dually.

I have an 06, 2500 w/Meyers plow and head light issues 
, the dealer mentioned that sometimes the timp will not recognize the plow lights therefore no no lights , my hi and low beams on the truck and plow work most of the time but sometimes switching from hi to low or low to hi = darkness until I hit the hi low switch again, I am at a loss as to whats wromg but that dealer plow scenerio seems questionable, the TIMP is 800 and change.......
