cost to replace roof on LRE

A buddy of mine owns a LRE that has the typical cancer in the roof plus an '80's flip up sunroof. He scored a perfect replacement roof in a parts deal. How much can he expect to spend to remove the old roof and have the new one installed?

If the cab was stripped of everything I would do it $800-1000 depending on how he wants it fixed & that's no mud work
