Brakes

My 1972 D-100 adventurer has front drum brakes and I want to convert to front disk. What vehicle can I pull them from? I want to retain the manual brakes. Appreciate any help. Oh, I am pulling off the lower control arms from a 93 van and I am ordering B body shock plates so I can lower my truck.

Pull the disc brake setup from any 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive between 73 and up until around 82 when the changed the bolt pattern.
