Early M1intake

I just pickup up a new m1 intake that was made in 2001 and was wondering if this intake would pass emissions I can't find any info on this . you can run a carb or fuel inj on it it docent have a place for vacuum lines like the new ones do but i can make all this stuff work once i buy the throttle body adaptor for it. Im putting it on my 96 dakota with a 5.2 and a 5 speed.
