2002 Cummins Ram Borgeson Steering Box! - 06/12/14 05:58 PM

We just put a Borgeson steering box and steering shaft in my sons truck on Sunday. The difference is amazing. His steering was terrible but with the new steering box the steering is tighter than the steering on my 2006 Ram. The power steering is also much more powerful than the factory steering boxes. Sitting still even my 06 has problems turning the 35 inch tires. With the Borgeson box my son can turn the 35's on his truck effortlessly when he is parking. This is one of the best upgrades for the steering in the Gen 2 trucks. I'm considering getting one of the boxes for my 2006 Ram.

I got it from XDP. I don't remember the price. I bought it for him for Christmas and just got it installed. I was just very happy it performed better then expectations. Not all aftermarket products do.

Expensive but I think worth it. Truck now drives better than new.
