P265/70R15 anyone runnin this size on D series? - 05/20/14 11:49 PM
Is anyone running P265/70R15 on there D series Dodge truck & if so how well does it clear inside the fender well. I been looking at tires for my 84 project and I will be running 15x8s all around. I been looking at either P275/60R15, P255/70R15 or possibly P265/70R15

I have 255/70-15s on my D150 and they fit fine, 275/60-15s on the rear

BTW the rear tires are M/T Drag Radials on 8 inch M/T rims when not racing I have a matching set of tires/rims for the rear like the front 2.55/70-15s on 1990 2WD Ramcharger rims.

I have 285-70-15s on my Utiline (short narrow box or "stepside") with a stock rear end and 8" rear wheels with stock offset. The sidewalls clear the fender lip by roughly 3/4".

I ran 275 60s on 8" wheels. Worked very well. Handled well, too!

yeah that's probably what im gonna go with I was just curious with the P265/70's would fit up front without rubing or hitting since they are tall & wide
