Yes they can 
There is a lot of parts being made off shore for our trucks. I have been razzed for it, but I don't care. I have all new grille, headlight surrounds and taillight lenses that I got from RockAuto and they were made...

yeah I know parts aren't made in the usa anymore & I too bought headlight bezels & grill from roakauto.com, but still the one part I was looking at was the non/cable hood release for 21 bucks while the only other place I can find it is jims auto parts for 115 bucks.

Longed side isn't available. Out of stock/backorder/discontinued is the excuse a buddy keeps getting from multiple vendors

Just got off the phone with them and that is a brand new part number for the long bed quarters for pre 80's dodge trucks. They should be out in 4 to 6 weeks. That's great news. It will make doing over my long bed much easier. I hope they keep reproducing the pre 80 dodge truck parts.

Well disregard what I just wrote, called Goodmark and they have no definite date on when they will be here or if they ever will be here(lol). The first person I talked to was from the company linked above and I think he may of been feeding my a line of bull.

I think so & I think they are dark grey inserts
But I did see summit racing has the 91-93 grille listed as being a aluminum grille not plastic for $104 I believe. They may have it listed wrong on the material not sure, but that would be good if it was aluminum instead of plastic
