I am trying to confirm or deny the originality of the radiator in my '70 W100. Does anyone know of a published list of radiator part numbers for this era of truck?

You could likely take your number and see if it cross references to an aftermarket replacement radiator for your truck and year. I would look tos Modine (at NAPA) or others.
