Aftermarket radio in a 2007 Ram???

Looks like this may be an expensive process. The bezel would have to be replaced for a double din ($200 plus dollars) and now I read of a canbus adapter??? Anyone have any ideas...I was going to get a double din..now I was thinking of just putting the single din that had BT out of my wrecked truck.
