Modified BB truck bell

I have a BB truck bell that has been modified. It has been welded up and tapped for a different trans pattern. It retains the top 8.5 spread, but they added the bottom hole with the same 8.5 spread. The bottom pattern is approximately 4.75" from the top. Is there anyone who may be able to tell me what transmission this bell was modified for?
