What rear bumpers will fit my Ramcharger? - 02/14/13 01:53 AM
Need to replace the rear bumper on my 77 Ramcharger. Wondering if anyone could tell me what years will fit. Want to find a direct bolt on replacement. Pickup bumper is probably the same, right?

I think up to 81 and then maybe a change. But i think up to 93 all was the same just depends what look you want. Had two different styles, stock and a aftermarket step bumper on may ramcharger.

Both my 84' RamChargers have the same rear bumper as my 77 CrewCab

The 70's flat rear bumper was thinner than the 81 up, just like the front bumpers.
Most any of the 72-93 truck/RC rear bumpers will fit. But IIRC the RC/TD had a slightly different bracket. Same frame width, but the bumper tucks in a bit closer to the body.

Any 72-93 rear bumper is a Direct bolt on.
The non step bumper was the same the first yr or two in the 80s.

Hey thanks guys. I found a 74 and an 85 bumper. Going to go check em out now that i know. You can't tell in this pic but the flat part of the bumper looks like one of those wavy fun-house mirrors.
