I don't mind Dennis when he's not around Richard.

Sad but graphic proof shown why you DON'T store a car outside for years with a tarp on it..... frowwn

Dennis just paid Richard $245,000 for 8 cars he bought in NC for $175,000 before he even took them off the transporter. All non running. Mopars and chevys. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzFx1Uww9_Y

By rescue them, you mean buy them for cheap & flip them for a big profit?

I agree John; better without Richard! And I have used tarps to block rain, BUT you have to remove afterward allow things to dry out!

Nice that these cars will no longer be rotting while sitting around. When I see a fork lift pick up a car I kind of cringe. On an old car would the frame/subframe steel dent in or worse from the forks? I realize the cars are trapped by natures growth but the frame steel was not very thick when new and I can only imagine what is like after 50 plus years of exposure.

Good point 2 bolt,I think they would try and look at the surnames before lifting and adjust the lifting points where they are picking up the cars,or as they're lifting using a flashlight to see how the frames are. drive

Would the safest way be to slide two beams lengthwise under the vehicle frame rails, then lift with forklift from side with forks bellow beams?

The fork lift part gets me too and some cars it's going under the floor and rockers. I forget what show it was but saw one where they were forkkifting newer cars on and off trailers at an auction and there's a recent video of a forklift removing stolen cars out of sea cans length wise too. Maybe it's been going on for decades but it seems like that used to only be a junk car thing to do.
