I like how the commercial on tv shows the BFG raised white letters barely turning brown on the edges. All of the ones I've ever owned turn brown all over completely. Nice car BTW.

On the brown letter thing: on my drag slicks, the white letters would turn brownish nearest the "tread" surface, which I took as heat-related. Maybe I'm wrong, but it the color change was plain as day. Wasn't long before I started just removing the lettering altogether; no break on the price of the slicks = no free advertising...
Got a call from Pauline today, Jay called her yesterday to make sure she knew about the video. She was very excited to see it and glad that others will get to see her baby once again! She still runs her family trucking business in Wisconsin, must be in her mid 70's...
Thanks John, for posting this video. I love this car! I mentioned in the older thread, I used to have a '68 Dart 2 door hardtop, in the same color as Jay's Dart. Mine just had a small block 273 2 bbl... but it was a super clean and straight,Arizona desert car. Wish I still had it.

I also had one that color, bought it while I was in college in South Carolina. Brought it up to Chicago when I graduated and sold it about a year later to help pay for my first house. I never have seen it again. It was a 318 2-bbl...
