Registration Form for the Nats in Ohio

Anyone know where I can find the registration form for the 2023 Mopar Nats? I have looked at both websites www.moparnats.org and www.thenats.com and they both have last years registration form on them.

Is there no longer a pre-registration discount? I tried sending an email to info@thenats.com but it came back unable to deliver. A few minutes ago I sent the Nats people a message through Facebook.
