A few times. He's good at making something out of what is available on the cheap. I did like the one episode where they made the acrylic bubble roof for the t-bird roadster. Did not care for the car, but liked the process.

Yeah, I watch it. He's become a better fabricator since his early days. Enjoy his sense of humor. Some of his projects are pretty weird, but some are quite interesting.

Been watching it from the beginning. Always liked the show but I wish he would build fewer VWs. Big Daddy Roth used them a lot I guess, but he should use different chassis each time.

The fact he is friends with Gene Winfield is all I needed to know that he was the real deal. I like that he is not afraid to tear apart one of his older builds to do something new with it. Nothing is sacred to him. Early on I thought some of what he did looked sketchy, but I think they just cut and chopped for time.

Yeah he's friends with alot of older customizers. He just did a wild trike with a younger customizer. And got paint from Dennis Roth, and Ian's wife helped him paint the trike.Pretty wild bike!

It was fun to see Dennis basically channeling his Dad. A couple of our neighborhood kids served in the Army at the same time as Dennis, and became friends. He used to give us Roth stuff back in the day; I think I still have it somewhere.

Be Cool To See What He Could Do With A Challenger vert. Be worth giving him mine. Can you chop a Convertable? Shorten? 4x4?
I used to see a 70 Challenger convertible(painted plum crazy) on a 4X4 frame back in the 80/90's in the south jersey area. It was at mopars at Englishtown also a few times. Seen it parked at a few places back then but wondered what ever happened to it. It was hard to miss it was on large tires.

Sure it is. It is a car and cars get modified. They were from the day they were sold. Why stop now? Just an old car no better than any other.
It is your car to do as you see fit,but I have two of them and I wouldn't do any modifications that involve cutting and changing the dementions of the body! Some things the factory got right, the convertible Challenger is one of them! I just sawed a big hole in the roof of a perfectly good 70 Charger R/T,so i'm not a prude about modifications!

Tonight he had the early A Body on the lift in the back ground. The fadded Tan-Gold one he worked on in.the past. Wonder if he is going to do more to it down the road. Don't worry he was just putting Camaro 1968 tail lights in a Corvair.
