Help on changing my password please

I read the details on how to change my password but I don't know how to find that forum
My computer was hacked, and I had to reboot it and lost all my favorites and quick ways to go to a web site, I'm not good on current technology

I went their but no instructions on how to go exactly to that part special of Moparts

Click on your screen name at the upper right, then click on "edit profile".

You may change your password any time. On the Forum Navigation island, click "Edit Profile". Edit the Password and Verify Password fields and then click "Submit" to save the information. (Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive.) Here ya go Cab! Try this!
