Here are a few pics of the car. 180" wheelbase alcohol dragster, picked it up in New York. It was raced at Keystone Raceway by John Cimino with the Southern Slingshots. Ran 8.5-8.6 seconds in the 1/4, best of 8.41.Unfortunately the owner passed away last year and his son was selling the car. Nice family.

I wonder if they're installed inside-out. Ordinarily that kind of wheel is dished on the outside. Before you think I'm nuts, Missile VII ran rear wheels inside out for a while, so it's been done.

One piece valve covers, with spacers under covers for clearance. Right side is upside down so both breathers are at the front of engine. Previous owners setup. Will be looking for new tall valve covers.Slots are not raised in wheels. They are beveled and polished.

I do like the Crew Psychologist listed on the body shell No help on the rims. Going to gasser and rail meets I have never seen those before. Friend has magnezium bear claw 16xhuge top fuel rims. Going on a Henry J. Motor is a blown 392. Can't wait to see it on the street

This is my thought too. Take one off and show us the other side.

They are not on backwards. The size 15 x 12 is stamped on the back along with a small part number 336807. Had DOT also stamped on back. Also, the valve stems are on the outside where they belong. I don't think you can see it has 2 valve stems, one in the factory location for street and a second one drilled by someone to locate the inner tube stem near the center of the wheel.
