on ebay..most signs are from india.. sellers are listing them as real,... KNOWING FULL WELL THEY ARE FAKES...getting 4-500.00 for 100.00 signs..AMAZING..

On the flip side, I bought a bunch of the under $20 signs for garage art. Not totally accurate but close enough for me.

I have no problem with reproduction signs, in fact I sold some back in the day (with licensing from Chrysler). What gets me as people falsely representing signs to avoid copyright infringement while taking advantage of unsuspecting/uneducated buyers.

I collect a variety of different things. Mostly all original. I enjoy the search and learning about history.

I have been deceived a couple of times, nothing too costly. I am disappointed when that happens, but it is a learning experience for me.

On the whole, I want original stuff and I have a fair amount of it. I also have one of Floyd's RTS signs which I consider one of my better buys,

The current crop of signs I can see a mile away and don't much care for. They are pricey for what you get. But I think a lot of people like them in their shops for atmosphere. They serve a need. And if they fit someone's boat Great.

its the DISHONESTY on ebay i don't like.. the SELLERS KNOW THEY ARE FAKE..but word their ads to read like its original ,...but they don;t spell that out that its original either... i looked thru 20 pages

on ebay yesterday..saw maybe 5 real signs...and there was 100 pages more...

118 NEGATIVE feedback in 1 year..... Hmmmm and Ebay still lets them sell the junk.... I always look at feed back. So should everyone....

Me too and it's definitely important. As far as ebay goes, if I see anything under 98% positive I get a little worried.

Hobby Lobby sells some cool Mopar garage art sometimes. Yeah it's repro but it's cheap.
