Duct Tape Drags - 04/04/21 05:02 PM

I know this is early but is anyone on the forum planning on attending. This took the place of the Zip Tie drags. I went in 2019 and had good time. Lots of clapped out looking cars that with some are well engineered.

scheduled for October 1st and 2nd

Looks fun but some of those cars on their rules page would obviously be worth more than $2,999 if sold on the street.

I guess they are just trying to weed out professionals and trailer queens.

Still looks fun

There’s a few cars that come in on trailers. When they had the shootout in 2019 there were several cars that were over the cost limit. Either way it was entertaining. The only casualty I saw wa a lifted Ford FWD. Tried to do a burnout on those big off-road tires and twisted his driveshaft like a pretzel.
