Sad to hear of his passing. I read that he was just vaccinated against COVID-19 earlier this month to show that they were safe.

Hank Aaron did it WITHOUT all the steroids that plagues sports these days. He was a true, honorable, down to earth baseball player. Most of the players these days have the, what's in it for me mentality.

What I was also always so impressed with is the number of hits and lifetime average. He's number 3 in all times hits!!! Also a lifetime BA of 305!!! Amazing for a guy always remembered for homeruns! Truly an all around player, and a gentlemen who I agree, did more for civil rights than any of these other clowns. He was a class act!
