Microsoft Outlook

Anyone use Microsoft Outlook 365 for your emails? I lost my outlook email info on my new computer today. Microsoft Techs help me out somewhat.
I have two different email user names and both go to Microsoft outlook. Before today I had both email addresses linked into one inbox and send box. I merged or connected them somehow.
But now I can't find out how to do it again. I talked with two techs at Microsoft and they could not help me. Anyone know how to merge the two emails so they go into the one inbox.

Thanks for the info, I have more problems and have spoke to Microsoft tech 7 times now. Waiting for the supervisor to call me back.
