.... any way of saving and then sending a VM message like you would a picture?

Open the voicemail, next to the phone number should be a box with an arrow.
Click it to forward the message or copy it to a separate file.

But it won’t send into a yahoo email .....

... but I do have a copy in my gmail sent folder !
