New Toy 1965 Coronet - 08/14/20 12:30 PM

[Hi, I used to watch this site, switched over to C body for a couple of years, bought a Coronet so I thought I'd drop in.]Looking for info and other cars similar to mine. I'm told this car is 1 of 30 per G. Glovier white book. 1965 Coronet, W11, 2door sedan, 383/330hp, 3 spd on the column, dual exhaust, 3:23 rear axle, Sure Grip HD suspension, No PS, No PB, No carpet, No exterior mirror. does have a am radio. Car came from southern Pa, stored in garage for the past 40 years. still has bald snow tires on it. Working out a few bugs, runs but has a miss.. Mike

Nice score! What'd you give for it?

I'd leave the outside and interior EXACTLY like that and put a sleeper big block in it.

It has a big block in it unless 383 aren't considered big block now. This car will remain "as is" except the bald snow tires and perhaps the white mud flaps, yes on craigslist in Pa

Nice car, glad it found a good home and is staying stock.
It was discussed in the Ebay/CL/WIW thread a few weeks ago.

Brings back memories of our '65 Coronet 440, also in Medium Turquoise Metallic. First car I ever drove!

Great looking car. Enjoy it!

Nice find, I love 65 Coronets and the 383 is perfect for it. Have fun with it. Nice fall weather coming soon for some cruising.

Beautiful car! I'd only change the snow tires and single cylinder Master Cylinder.

Couldn't sleep, so I took a look. I think this is it. Nothing earth shattering discussed. General consensus was, nice car, lousy trim.

LINKY

I think it looks great, regardless of the trim. Congrats on your purchase! beer
